Getting started
The one thing BuzzRobin needs from you is your value proposition: a description of who you help and what you do for them. You write it on the Positioning page, and everything else follows from it.
I've written it. Now what?
BuzzRobin goes looking for the people your value proposition describes and reads what they post. Your first report usually takes less than a day, though it depends on how much your audience is posting. You don't have to sit and wait: the bell in the top corner lights up when it's ready.
What's the percentage?
The circle on the Overview page shows how clear your value proposition has become. It isn't a score for your business. A value proposition passes through five stages as it gets clearer: the caption beside the circle names the stage you're at, and the percentage shows the same thing as a dial.
