The chat

The chat is where you talk to BuzzRobin.

What can I ask?

Anything about the people you're trying to reach: what they struggle with, what they keep asking, how they talk about paying someone for help like yours, what makes them go elsewhere. BuzzRobin answers from the posts it has gathered for you rather than from general knowledge about your line of work, and links to them so you can read the originals. If it has nothing that covers your question, it says so rather than making something up, and offers you a general answer instead.

It also knows the reports it has written for you. Ask what it has found about a subject and it will go back through them.

Can I keep an answer?

Ask BuzzRobin to save one. It writes the answer up as a report and puts it on your Insights page, and you can ask it to change that report afterwards.

Why can't I write a chat message?

You've used up your allowance for the past seven days. It refills bit by bit as older use drops out of those seven days, so the chat becomes available again and nothing is lost. The thin bar above the message box shows where you are.

How do I make the allowance last?

Send /clear whenever you move on to a new subject, and the conversation starts over from nothing. Your saved reports stay where they are. BuzzRobin re-reads the whole conversation every time you ask a question, so a long conversation costs more than a short one.

On a phone

Tap the message box at the bottom and the chat opens over the page. It stays open while you read and ask again, until you close it with the button in its top corner.
